2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on the lucky world platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider, and processing times may vary depending on the method used. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of each transaction. lucky world does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. Any funds deposited for gaming purposes are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except where required by applicable Philippine law or regulation.
3. Platform Use and Fair Play

Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. lucky world reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or misuse. VIP loyalty points are earned automatically through qualifying gameplay and are governed by the VIP programme terms, which are detailed on the VIP page. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to artificially accumulate points or exploit the loyalty programme in a manner not intended by the platform will result in the forfeiture of all accumulated points and may lead to account suspension.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, we are required to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze the account pending investigation. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you after the completion of standard verification procedures. 8. Changes to These Terms
lucky world may update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details associated with their account.
